Ukulele Festival of Northern California
A not-for-profit organization that presents the 'UKULELE FESTIVAL of Northern California, held annually (usually in April) in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1994 by the late uncles Hollis Baker and John Ogao, local Bay Area Hawaiian musicians and mentors, this is the longest running ukulele festival on the Mainland, bringing together local and out-of-state musicians and dancers devoted to traditional and contemporary ukulele music.
